If you go ‘off-Plan’ or miss a day or session at the gym, the best strategy is to simply get back on track.

DO NOT try to make up for a dietary indiscretion by eating less (before or after) or by exercising more. The way to encourage the best patterns of behaviour, the ‘habits of health’ that are so important, is to be consistent.

‘Yo-yo dieting’, excessive exercise, bingeing and starving, and other negative self-limiting patterns, will not allow the body to be healthy, release fat, gain muscle, or function optimally over the long-term. Take home message:
