Both macadamia and olive oil are high in heart-healthy omega 9 fats, and hemp oil is one of the oils highest in the essential fatty acids (EFAs) that the body can’t make and that we need to consume daily. Throw out your common seed-based oils and use olive oil, macadamia oil and hempseed and flaxseed oil as salad dressings.
