Eaten in moderation, they can improve satiety (feelings of “fullness”). However, some people are intolerant of certain varieties of nuts and seeds. “Listen” to your body and consult a suitably qualified naturopath or clinical nutritionist if you think you may have any food-related difficulties. Walnuts, macadamias, and pumpkin seeds are high in protein and healthy fats and are tolerated well by most people.
